I bring over a decade of experience to the position in leasing, program compliance and building maintenance. I love to enhance the daily lives of residents by creating a safe, clean and positive atmosphere in our community. My motto is to live in the solution and not the problem.

When I’m not at work, I love to travel New England’s picturesque towns and cities searching out niche stores, hiking trails and beautiful views.

I have worked in residential and commercial maintenance since 1980. There is no challenge that I can’t find a solution to. I specialize in customer satisfaction, always going the extra mile. Anwelt residents feel they are in capable hands and well cared for by Mike.

When I’m not at work, my wife and I love to do home projects for family and friends, talking long walks and visiting my wise father.

Efrain Matta aka Frankie joined the Anwelt Staff this year bringing 10 years experience in building maintenance. Frankie is a pro at using Eco-friendly cleaning products and out of the box solutions to everyday apartment living challenges. Frankie is an outgoing and energetic. He enjoys dining out with family and friends. He especially enjoys watching New York Yankees!
